$SOL (-1,28 %) Does anyone know why Solana is currently performing so extremely poorly?

It performs poorly because it is a centralized shitcoin and there is currently neither memecoin hype nor is bitcoin rising strongly :)

Just keep holding, I still have almost 20k in Solana... Just like the casino never goes bankrupt, Solana will also see better times

I am still relatively well up, as I invested in Solana relatively early on. So everything is good for now. I agree, just hold on.

Crypto's just crazy volatile, it goes up and down a lot. Everything kind of follows Bitcoin, so when Bitcoin dips, $SOL usually does too. Maybe you bought in at a high point – happens to the best of us.

Nobody can predict where SOL's going next, but freaking out isn't going to help. Do some research, understand what you're invested in, and try not to let short-term dips scare you too much.
