Hey, I came across this stock today, it pays out a lot of dividends, what do you think? Would it currently be worth buying for my dividend portfolio? Glad about every opinion. Happy holidays.

MReit's are in my eyes ne thing for itself the performance leaves greetings and except for the dividend I would not think of anything for a purchase. I have not really dealt with the company but also see no growth or forecasts in the long term that are positive rather the opposite. So would be for me no purchase but if you are only looking at the dividend then it might be worth a purchase.

I have 150 shares in the portfolio and I get 4x per year about 23 € dividend. Performance is unfortunately not so exhilarating. I have them in the portfolio to cover the equestrian sector a bit. But there is more to come
