What is different about the Bude compared to other large insurance companies?

May I ask why you sold $UBER?

@user1d7gf8465j461735 because I needed capital, it was more of a smaller position and I think I had bought more at $ELF at the time. I saw more upside potential here, which was ultimately the case. But $UBER is strong and I would probably pick it up again in the event of a stronger setback.

I know many who have parted with them.

@TechNav That's good, otherwise I probably wouldn't have made my first investment today 😁 I've had $LMND on my watchlist for too long and I like what they're doing. But it's also a long-term investment.

@BamBamInvest Wall Street analysts recently downgraded the share to "Sell". Price target 23$ (-40%). Also 1 out of 4 shares are held by a short seller (27.96% short of float). I understand your optimism, but why now?

@TechNav just like the analysts did with some of my other positions. 😁 Just because analysts may not understand something or misjudge it doesn't mean that I see it the same way, and that's exactly where the opportunity lies. Many companies are sometimes misunderstood or misjudged. If they can continue to scale like this, there is insane potential here, the TAM is huge. Now because I'm starting to build up the position slowly, I'm usually too early ☺️ and just wanted to get my toe in (even before earnings). They have also reduced the reinsurance ratio from 55% to 20%, which makes me feel positive and points to the efficiency of the AI.

I believe there are 700,000 people on the waiting list for car insurance and they are just starting to roll out in other states.

If the market is bad, I'm sure the price won't buck it, but I want to be in when they become profitable, just like I was with $SOFI, $HIMS and co. ✌️
