My savings plan continues to run smoothly! Regardless of the market situation

At the moment, however, I look at the portfolio more often than I should and leave the app in a worse mood than before I opened it.

Learn to deal with it. Imagine you look in on Monday and your portfolio has fallen by 30%. Would you be happy because you can buy more cheaply and increase your savings plan or would you ask yourself what you could have done with the "lost" 30%? If the second is more likely to apply to you, I would recommend setting up the savings plan automatically and deleting the app. Then you only check Google for the WKN at long intervals (once a month or every 6 months...).
You only need to be interested in the price of your investment when you want to liquidate the position!

If you work bluntly according to a savings plan, you should be happy if it is currently more favorable again, in 20 years you won't care about the daily movements of today
