I came across First Watch Restaurant Group $FWRG I came across it rather by chance because I was looking at the peer group of YumBrands, Mäci, RBI, Wingstop and others.

The company has only been tradable on the stock exchange since 2021 and still has a small market capitalization of around $ 1.1 billion.
