Third-quarter earnings per share of -$0.88 beat analyst estimates of -$1.29. Revenue of $761 million exceeded expectations of $702.41 million.

Fortinet:

Third-quarter earnings per share of $0.33 beat analyst estimates of $0.27. Revenue of $1.15 billion exceeded expectations of $1.12 billion.

Fastly:

Beats analyst estimates of -$0.17 in the third quarter with earnings per share of -$0.14. Revenue of $108.5 million beats expectations of $103.62 million.

Beats third-quarter analyst estimates of $49.55 with earnings per share of $53.03. Revenue of $6.1 billion beats expectations of $5.93 billion.

Qualcomm:

Missed analyst estimates of $3.15 in the fourth quarter with earnings per share of $3.13. Revenue of $11.39 billion beat expectations of $11.35 billion.

Today, among others, Hermes ($RMS (-3,64 %)), Allianz ($ALV (-0,71 %)) and Renault SA ($RNO (+0,26 %)) present their quarterly figures.

𝗘𝘅-𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 📅

As of today, among others, Johnson & Johnson ( $JNJ (+0,03 %)), UPS Inc ($UPS (-0,58 %)) and Infineon ($IFX (-0,83 %)) are trading ex-dividend.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 🏛️

Tesla ($TSLA (+9,97 %)) - The annual car brand ranking, dropped Tesla to 23rd place out of just 32. This is mainly due to the latest design changes and unreliability. Even the new electric car, the Mach-E from Ford ($F (+0,87 %)), fared better. Tesla shares lost 3.9% yesterday.

Fastly ($FSLY (-5,82 %)) - Fastly stock was on a downward slide yesterday. A full 32% went down in one day for the Cloudflare competitor. The reason for this was the disappointing revenue forecast, which the company published yesterday together with the quarterly figures. In the meantime, the share is trading at around 80% below its all-time high from 2020.

𝗖𝗿𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗼 💎

Bitcoin ($BTC (+3,37 %)) - Bank of America has studied the correlation between Bitcoin price and the S&P 500 & NASDAQ 100 indices. In doing so, Bank of America found that Bitcoin has moved much more like a risk asset than an inflation hedge. For example, the correlation with the broad-based U.S. S&P 500 index rose to an all-time high at the end of January, it said. He added that correlation also peaked against the tech stocks index NASDAQ 100: "Correlations on Jan. 31 between bitcoin and the S&P 500 and between bitcoin and the NASDAQ 100 reached all-time highs and the 99.73 percent level."
