Hello dear gq community,
today I would like to make you laugh with an anecdote of the rabbit in the context of the structuring of his portfolio, which I am sure will work.
The aim was to reasonably diversify the core foundation of individual stocks and ETFs. In my opinion, this also includes stocks from China, even if political decisions can always cause disruptions here.
So some time ago the rabbit already added two ETFs to his portfolio.
These were $HMCH (-1,03 %) and $ICHN (-0,99 %)
One distributing and the second accumulating.
Then the time had come to make a decision and... ???
Right, it turned out to be both!
The rabbit had opted for the distributing ETF and simply bought the wrong one. 😂😂
It was clear that simply selling again and paying for his own stupidity with the spread was not an option, so he simply added the second ETF with the same weighting to his portfolio.
The result in the last turbulent 14 days is 1.17% and 1.25% growth surprisingly in favor of the distributing ETF. $HMCH (-1,03 %)
At some point I will go into a position as planned, but for a while I will leave both in the portfolio and watch the development with a grin on my face, as I can also laugh at myself and hope that you are now laughing with me and not just at me. 😉
