Your headline doesn't fit—this isn't the FTSE AllWorld. I think if you search on Vanguard, you'll surely find information on how the ETF or the underlying index is composed. Similarly, just Google the index and its composition.
$VALLD (+0,28 %) - I've decided to switch the savings plan for the kids' accounts to the Vanguard FTSE Global All-Cap UCITS ETF. I think the low expense ratio of just 0.07 will definitely make a difference over the very long investment horizon. I also like the extremely broad diversification—even if it is a bit boring.
Unfortunately, the reinvestment version of the ETF isn’t currently available for savings plans at Comdirect—so the distribution version is added to the account, and I either manually reinvest any dividends or use the money to buy the kids an ice cream. 🍧😉
I think both are great, but I wouldn't sell the ones I already have. For me, the small-cap and emerging markets exposure would be too low, so I’d set aside some money separately for something else. But I think the performance is amazing, especially with such a low expense ratio. Investing has never been easier or more affordable. 80% of people could do really well here with a single-ETF solution.
