Virotec International Plc is engaged in providing environmental services through sustainable solutions developed by the Company for water and solids treatment, and environmental remediation. It also holds interests in a number of mining leases. Environmental remediation includes ViroMineTechnology, which comprise applications developed for the mining industry and ViroSoil Technology, which comprise applications developed for the agricultural, fertilizer and aquaculture industries. Drinking water, wastewater and solids treatment includes ViroFlow Technology, which comprises applications developed for the treatment of drinking water and wastewater, and solid waste from industrial sites, and ViroSewage Technology (referred to as ViroFilter Technology in the United Kingdom), which comprise applications developed for the sewage industry. It operates in three geographic areas: Australia and Asia, Europe and the United States. In June 2008, Hydrodec Group plc acquired the Company.
