At the heart of the NeuConnect project are submarine cables through which 1.4 gigawatts of electricity will flow in both directions. This interconnector is 725 kilometers long. Major contracts worth more than £1.5 billion ($1.95 billion) in total have been awarded for a major interconnection project that will link Germany and the United Kingdom, as countries around the world seek to secure their energy supplies amid the ongoing crisis in Ukraine.

A year after taking office, Group CEO Toshihiro Mibe has unveiled a very unique vision away from internal combustion engines and toward electric cars. Honda is already known for innovative measures, such as having board members sit together in an open-plan office. The group is building on many small alliances and has big visions. The goal is to sell two million electric cars per year by 2030.

𝟯. 𝗨𝗦-𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝘃𝗲𝗿ö𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝘁

U.S. inflation data showed prices rising in line with analysts' estimates. This took the burden off high-growth stocks, especially technology stocks, which have come under pressure due to inflation and subsequent fears of interest rate hikes. So-called core CPI fell short of estimates at 6.5%. Mega-growth and technology stocks such as Tesla $TSLA (+6,49 %) and Apple $AAPL (+2,87 %) were given a breather.
