Monday:
Now also $BEI (-0,48 %) Beiersdorf, the Nivea Group, is also increasing its dividend. For the first time since 2008, from 70 cents to one euro per share. The share price rises significantly.
Tuesday:
$F3C (-4,67 %) SFC Energy, an investment from our Growth Portfolio, was able to impress with its figures. Sales and EBITDA both exceeded expectations. Sales growth amounted to 39%. SFC Energy manufactures methanol and hydrogen fuel cells.
The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) leaves the key interest rate at 4.35% as inflation continues to fall. Weak retail sales figures in Australia are strengthening hopes that a rate cut could be imminent. Before today's meeting, some were expecting a further rate hike to get inflation under control.

The retail sector in the EU can look back on a weak year in terms of sales. Sales fell by 1.8%. Despite Christmas sales, revenue in December fell by 1.1% compared to November.
Wednesday:
Our value stock $TMV (+0,2 %) Teamviewer presented figures and surprised positively. Sales increased by 11% in the lower range of the forecast. Net profit increased by 66% to 114 million euros. In its forecast for the coming year, Teamviewer expects sales growth of 7 - 11% and an EBITDA margin of 43%.
Thursday:
While the rest of the world is battling inflation, China is struggling with deflation. In January, prices fell by 0.8% compared to the previous month.
Deflation is more dangerous than inflation because investments and consumption are often postponed, which can trigger a negative spiral. For this reason, central banks worldwide also have an inflation target of around 2.0% per year.
$NET (-2,04 %) Cloudflare, one of our portfolio stocks, has gained significantly in value. One reason for this is probably the news that Mark Anderson is to become the new President of Revenue. Mark Anderson was previously CEO of Alteryx and before that he helped to significantly increase Palo Alto Networks' revenue. More important, however, is probably the news that Cloudflare was able to increase its free cash flow to 14% of revenue, which increased by 32% over the year. Cloudflare is therefore growing profitably, but with a KCV of around 60, it still has a sporty valuation.
The three most important dates in the coming week:
Tuesday: 14:30 Inflation data (USA)
Wednesday: 11:00 GDP figures (EU)
Thursday: 03:00 Retail sales (China)
