With the individual stocks you go almost 100% into tech, with the S&P only about 40% - which is already a lot in my opinion. Of course, you are better diversified with the S&P 500 in case tech shows weakness.

The $CSPX is rebalanced on a quarterly basis, so you would have to do this yourself. A thematic ETF might make more sense, such as AI & Big Data or similar.

I think that you should choose your favorite of the 5 tech companies, invest in it, and then use the rest of your money and invest in other companies like PG (Procter&Gamble) or XOM (Exxon). However, S&P 500 gives you a very good return, but if you want to try to beat it, you should think about investing in the companies listed above

If you only want the top stocks from the S&P, then you might as well take a look at $SP20
It's still very small.
