I've already used it twice privately and I think it's a good thing. As an investment, it's too difficult for me to assess. It feels like anything can happen, from to the moon to total failure, which is why I prefer other stocks in the tech sector.

What is the moat supposed to be? It is not unlikely that more and more of the services will be feasible with AI.
