A Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), such as the one offered by Walkme, provides support for the operation of web interfaces. SAP announced on June 5, 2024 that it had offered USD 14 per share; Walkme's Board of Directors approved the deal. The offer price represented a premium of 45% over Walkme's closing share price the previous evening in New York.
