at least what I found out on the Internet. If the share is from before 2009, there are no taxes.

only on the profits from the sale. You still pay tax on the dividend if you are above the tax-free amount.

That is correct. Once the tax-free amount has been used up, tax is also payable on shares purchased before 2010. That's the case for me. With a long horizon and if I don't need the money, I would leave the Bayer lying around
