I find Swatch really interesting. Currently, I am still looking for a suitable broker, where it is possible to be entered in the name register in Germany. IngDiba and Degiro.de unfortunately do not offer it...

@Stereomane Another possibility would be to have your bank block the shares until the cut-off date and issue a holding confirmation. Then you can also apply for the shareholder clock at Swatch. Is a bit cumbersome but not impossible. I did this for a customer who has the bearer shares instead of the registered shares.
