Since I don't know much about cryptos and am actually only invested out of FOMO, I would like to ask the crypto fans among you:

What do you think makes more sense?

50% Bitcoin ($BTC (+0,06 %) ), 25% ETH ($ETH (+0,1 %) ) and 25% Solana ($SOL (+0,11 %) )

or rather

100% Bitcoin ?

It's about what makes more sense as an addition to my portfolio (weighting 5-10% in the portfolio).

I will probably just leave everything as it is at the moment, but of course I am always very open to inspiration dankbar🫶🏻

100% Bitcoin.

If you believe in ETH, which I don't, you can put some in there. I would say ETH is a bit of a premium shitcoin and has the first mover advantage.

Solana is a VC pumped shitcoin. I would definitely advise against it.

@stefan_21 you are far too narrow-minded ... the coins also have mega potential ... and I think it's wrong to simply advise against them ... it's the same if you only recommend msci world because you don't believe in emerging markets ... so diversification is also brilliant in this case !!! ETH and Solana a must have

@Testo-Investor I don't think we'll agree on that :D But that's not a bad thing.
You can't compare Bitcoin and altcoins with industrialized and emerging countries.
In fact, you can't compare them at all.
Maybe ETH will find its use case at some point - it also changes from cycle to cycle and then people will tell each other again how great it is. First it was the world computer, then it was the smart contract platform, then it was the NFTs - now it's the real world assets. Nothing has really been used in the real world yet. But you need some kind of narrative to get people to put their money in.
Besides, you're dependent on your colleague here:

With Solana, it's a whole other level... the coin was pumped up by VCs (there are videos in which they make fun of retailers for pumping their bags!!!) and Solana will also collapse mercilessly in the next bear market as soon as the VCs withdraw their money. Take a look at Solana's inflation too.... absolutely insane😅 the house of cards will collapse.

If you fancy a really cool interview about the difference between Bitcoin and altcoins, I can recommend Saylor's interview at AltcoinDaily:
https://youtu.be/Ww47E1XjP2c?si=jvN5pyxZ2wiam0mg

Or the talk by Jack Mallers in Madeira - it was absolutely brilliant

I'm not saying that you can't make money with coins. You just have to get out in good time or take regular profits. I also had an altcoin phase - that's what led me to Bitcoin and then to Bitcoin Only :D

@stefan_21 I am interested in the alt coin, investment for maximum return potential, which I will all sell in the bull run at 100% and the thresholds are of course a pictorial example

@stefan_21
I agree with that. I still have some ETH and even XRP 😂 lying around from the past but have been concentrating on BTC only for 3 years.
I will try to sell ETH at an ATH...

@stefan_21 As long as you make money it works, I only invest in crypto in cycles and it works well
image de profil
@Testo-Investor Of course you can achieve returns with pump & dump cycles. In the long term, however, I would stay away from it.
1
image de profil
@Gernhard_Reinholzen nobody is talking about long term only you ... 100% altcoins will be sold next year and 30-50% bitcoin depending on how far the price goes up

@stefan_21 I have already withdrawn more than double my original stake in Solana, so I only have part of my profits left anyway. I got in quite early and did well abkassieren👍🏻
But maybe you're right and I should just commit to the most reputable of all cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin. Thank you very much for your input, I will think about it more carefully and then decide how to proceed with cryptos for me

70% Btc 20% eth and 10% sol would be my choice

@Portfoliopferd How come?
image de profil
@AktienAmateur069 Bitcoin has the least risk. That's why it would make up the majority of my portfolio. If Solana were to be replaced by some other ecosystem in the next cycle, it wouldn't be so bad.

@Portfoliopferd Thanks for your assessment, sounds sinnvoll👍🏻
image de profil
@Portfoliopferd that's why you also sell altcoins and don't hodl them

100% Bitcoin, get to grips with the topic and you won't want to have any other coins ☺️

In my opinion, you can only put all other coins in your portfolio for gambling, nothing more

100% Bitcoin if you believe in the concept🧡. If you just want to speculate with it, you can buy the other garbage and hope for a return.

Would make the Btc split a little higher .... 65 Btc, 25% eth and 10% Solana ...
1

But I think your attitude is cool. I don't know, but you have to be there. Nevertheless, you should find out exactly what these things are and why Btc is soooo cool ... then you'll quickly become a fan and understand the background ... take a look at blocktrainer .... It will open your eyes

If you also want to diversify with cryptos, I would go for 75% BTC, 15% ETH and 10% SOL.

For myself, I only have 100% BTC

@Alex_DSZL95 that’s also a good choice if you’re in for the long run. Having some altcoin exposure isn’t a bad idea though. In my humble opinion (no one really knows what the future holds for crypto), moderately start buying some of your favorite altcoins and see what happens with them. Have getquinn hide those investments from your aggregate portfolio and forget about them. Only checking in periodically

If you want to make money buy Ai coins Solidus Ai, render, tao etc

elections will see btc to 70k usd , screenshot dis

@8fionn I wrote later 100k 👍🏻
image de profil
I do it like this; 70% BTC and 30% Eth. I think Ethereum has a future.
image de profil
@DerWolf1983 Why do you see a future for Ethereum and not for Solana, for example?
image de profil
Looks good. I've even divided it into thirds at 33% each.

Personally have 25k in BTC and around 10k each in ETH and SOL, prefer Solana over Ethereum due to performance, but plan to sell part of my Solana position in the next bull run
Bitcoin is the blue chip crypto asset for sure. And more than likely will outperform every other coin in the long run. But holding on to ether as well as perhaps solana and cardano, isn’t a bad idea. Percentages up to you. Ithink that 25 to eth and 25 to sol is a fair choice. But when you do sell the alts. Make sure you set aside tax money assuming you have made gains. Use some of that cash to build up your emergency fund. Put some aside for some fun. And the rest put back iinto bitcoin. Also, don’t diss the traditional stock market. Always good to have presence there.

Solana is not a gamble, is it?
It's technically far better than Bitcoin.
Assuming we get out of fiat money (which I don't believe)
Then the only logical thing to do would be
Use the cheapest (transaction) and fastest crypto.
Or not?
In my opinion, Bitcoin lives extremely from its name.
100% Bitcoin. However, I use altcoins to sell them at a good price in order to increase my Bitcoin positions at good prices.

Forget the comments of the "experts" here: the 50/25/25 distribution is very good. 👍🏾
