Were kicked out of the MDAX last week and have ongoing problems on the market due to commodity prices and Ukraine.

at HP was priced in much in the hope of their future car batteries. But was eventually postponed, since then it looks like some big players are out, now the valuation fits the market situation and a battery manufacturer.

The fact that Tojner sold some shares last year was also an acceleration for the further sell-off. No one can have any more confidence in the story.
