Finally gone - Germany share successfully reduced further

I have finally thrown the BASF share out of the portfolio and thus further reduced my Germany share.

With Allianz $ALV (+0,03 %) (bought at 119 euros; dividend yield almost 10%), Bechtle $BC8 (+0,06 %) , Sartorius $SRT (+4,93 %) and Encavis $ECV (+0,44 %) only 4 German companies remain.

While Allianz will definitely stay due to its high personal dividend yield, Bechtle and Sartorius will continue to be bought or saved.

Encavis will be kept, but not bought further.

Thus my Germany share is less than 5%.. The trend is still slightly downward.

The current environment in Germany is simply far too unattractive, especially for extremely energy-intensive companies like BASF. The large investments in China are of course also associated with a certain risk.

As a result, I do not see any positive effects for the share price development in the foreseeable future. The business trend could also point more in the direction of a significant dividend cut next year. The share buyback program was terminated prematurely and not executed in full. Not to mention a possible recession.

For me, there is no sensible reason to hold on to this share.

Wait and see 46% of Basf shares are privately owned in Germany and they mostly want the dividend for their pension😄

Does it make sense to sell at a loss (17%)? I do not want to sell any of my shares that are in the plus to then offset this 🤷‍♀️
