They should have been priced in long ago, the market is not that inefficient.

I keep seeing inefficiencies on the market. Be it €80 at 3M or €26.50 at BAT.

That's true, of course, but interest rates are far more obvious and calculable. In the case of the two, these were more fundamental miscalculations.
