@DividendenWaschbaer actually you have to click. The article is written in such a way that a summary takes a lot out of context but one point would be The future growth rate of VICI at AFFO/Sh is likely to be much lower than the growth rate of the past.
@Wowa83 I found the part in the article interesting that if the assumptions are correct, the valuation is currently too high from the author's point of view
