Are you speculating on a short-term trade that will be closed after positive earnings and a rise, or should it be something medium/long-term? What convinces you to invest? Revenue growth has recently fallen to 5%. The gross margin has always been around 50%, which is not really cool for a SaaS company. Customer growth is also minimal and existing customers are spending less and less money in relative terms. The DBNER was always around 130 during the growth periods and most recently only 101. The operating margin is only improving because OpEx is growing negatively in relation to revenue. Otherwise it would look even worse. Not the first choice for me to invest. But maybe you know something I don't

@Krush82 Now, purely apart from the current fundamental data, a user commentary (translated from English into German) that convinced me in addition to the actual stock analysis:
"For those who don't believe in TWLO: think of all the automated texts you get these days. TWLO and its platform are responsible for almost all of them. All SMS automation in all industries is also created almost exclusively with TWLO technology. The company even works closely with telecom providers (see "A2P 10DLC Registration" if you want to get really specific), which adds to its already large gap in the market. This company is a long-term winner for sure. I'm still at the beginning of my Alpha Picks journey, but I like what I see so far."
Regardless, I'm not so skeptical about the fundamentals you cite and see the future as a bit rosier. 😊
Perhaps too rudimentary an approach in your eyes. For me, however, it's "enough" for the time being. I'll see what happens and pull the ripcord if necessary.

@Khlmysee Well, if they were still in the start-up phase, that might be a good pitch. But they are already miles beyond that. With revenues of 1 billion per quarter, I don't see any great growth potential or operating leverage. I'm rather skeptical and don't believe in a miracle ;-)

@Krush82you could have said the same thing about Amazon. They were also unprofitable for 8 years?
••
@Khlmysee Well, they have always grown continuously to date, and that with a completely different turnover dimension. You don't have to be profitable as long as there is corresponding sales growth and the prospect of profitability.
