@abskelite Conversion ADR into ordinary shares for this there is a one-time order fee (amount depends on the broker, at maxblue 19.90€) plus 0.05 USD per ADR, I just did it and am now owner of Russian ordinary shares, whether I get the dividend remains to be clarified...
