Around 101 companies operate under Ametek.
For example, there is Precitec for ultra-precision machines, which Trumpf uses to manufacture its mirrors for EUV lasers, and the Taylor Hobson and Zygo brands are big names in measurement technology.
Sunpower is the inventor of the Stirling engine as it is used today in space travel.
