@Eukalyptusbonbon This is legal tax structuring 🤷🏿 We have also built and advised in a similar way. This has exactly nothing to do with the jurisdiction of contracts. 😅
@Eukalyptusbonbon the share represents the Coca Cola Group. Both Coca Cola China and Coca Cola Germany. The supply contracts have been made with the German subsidiary. This belongs to presumably 100% of the US holding. So of course there is no German share for the German subsidiary. The whole idea why there should be a share for the German company within a group I do not understand. Thanks for the hint with the emote.
