@Der_Dividenden_Monteur hm are there any negative aspects that i need to be aware of? i don't see what's so bad about it... but i don't have anything to do with Rtl either. 😅
Anyone can invest in whatever they want, but I don't invest in companies just because of the dividend. There are a few other things that have to be right for me and that's exactly what puts me off private broadcasters. At least 95% of their programming is garbage and active dumbing down (I couldn't put it more diplomatically). I don't see any added value there, so it's not an investment case for me.
@sptmbr Linear television is not necessarily the megatrend right now and larger players have already successfully positioned themselves on the market in streaming. I wouldn't put any money into RTL either, regardless of the supposedly tempting dividend.
@sptmbr the trend is clearly moving towards streaming 😅 Then rtl still has to pay millions in TV rights to show the Uefa Conference League, for example, like yesterday.
There are simply so many other companies that are better and pay dividends 😅 e.g. 95% of the companies in my portfolio
