The M-Dax company Scout24

Scout 24 was founded in 1998, is based in Munich and is a digital company listed on the MDax. Among other things, the company operates the well-known website Immoscout24, this is a digital display platform for the real estate market.

On the platform, one can place real estate ads and search for properties. Furthermore, there is also a guidebook, tips and analysis tools for both tenants and landlords. The platform / app records around 20 million visitors per month. At the end of 2019, 425,000 real estate ads were advertised on ImmoScout24.

Immoscout24 offers memberships for brokers, property managers and private sellers. A 14-day private ad for an apartment on the platform costs from €79.90. A commercial advertisement on the other hand starts from 67,00 €. Compared to other portals, the fees are in the top price range.

AutoScout24, FinanceScout24 and Finanzcheck also belonged to Scout24, but these platforms were sold to Hellman & Friedman (USA) for 2.9 billion in spring 2020.
