You have to decide for yourself. I actually always buy, regardless of the price.
In the past, the 4th quarter has always been very strong for Bitcoin. The interest rate cut should continue to give it a boost and I expect it to break at least 100k next year anyway :)

I have a savings plan at the beginning of the month. No matter what the price is.

Just have a weekly savings plan in there, never look at it either tbh
