Jeremy Hunt, the new U.K. finance minister, said Monday he will reverse "almost all" controversial economic plans to calm markets and stabilize Prime Minister Liz Truss's government.

2nd Vodafone to invest 7 billion euros in German fiber-optic network
Vodafone plans to further expand its fiber-optic network in Germany. Under an agreement with Altice Europe NV, the two companies will share a 7 billion euro ($7 billion) investment in their largest market and form a joint venture. The aim is to provide fiber-optic access to around 7 million homes.
