$ADC (+0,81 %) Looks promising and like the little but faster-growing brother of $O (-0,03 %) which of course I also own. Now got two monthly paying dividends stocks in the portfolio 🙌

@Blizzard Indeed, very similar in many ways but yes so far they have a much smaller portfolio so the growth prospects are greater for them. Either way, I like both of them😉

Yes, both are not bad, but I prefer my $O 😋

Not sure if you know it, but a good alternative could be $STAG for diversification, right?
