"After a net profit of 3.4 billion dollars in the first quarter of this year, AT&T is aiming for a total profit of up to 16 billion dollars in 2024. With a good 120 billion dollars in sales, this would be a net return of around 13 percent - significantly more than Deutsche Telekom's eight percent. Stable earnings prospects and the high dividend make AT&T a basic investment again."
