Serious Questions — Why buy them even considering the dividend?

I am unsure about multiple things and the following stuff that is written I simply just red somewhere before, I just want to understand if I looked up on the wrong sides and have the wrong data or if I am

just misled…

First of all I am not anybody who dislikes dividends, as they are a great way to have some kind of payout from your depot without selling the actual stock.

But the mentioned Stock do seem kind of special tough.

The thing that I find particularly interesting ist the relation of Pay-Out Profits.

All-tough the dividend is around 7.88%, the relation to the profits is around 120%.

so there are my questions:

are my sources wrong or is it really that high

does that mean they take credit to be able to take dividends

why even bother buying them if all of these things are true

Next years dividend will be much lower, only at least 2.25€, so probably exactly that, compared to 3.40€ as of 2024.
Also, the profits used to be much higher and should go up again so the relation between profit and dividend should get better again with the years.
