@Marcel92 Without being able to say it with 100% certainty, but Mondelez was once part of Kraft Foods before the merger with Heinz. In the course of that, the candy division was taken public as Mondelez. The deal was orchestrated at the time by Buffett, among others. I suspect that's why he got Mondelez out of that deal.
