$XCHA (-1,27 %) I have been investing in this colleague for quite a while, as individual stocks in China are too risky, but I am convinced of China in the long term. The position is now down 20% and there seems to be no end in sight.

What do you think about China? Would you just let it run or would you need to take action?

I would not take any explicit China exposure, be it a stock or a China ETF. That would be a kind of gambling position where you are allowed to own shares in companies before the graces of the Communist Party.
However, if China is included somewhere with a few %, I would accept that.

Everyone is so bearish that it makes me bullish:

Hello, fortunately I am not invested at the moment. But I am waiting for China to recover so that I can then get in. Nobody can really know whether it will last another 3 months or 2 years.
If I had money in, I would definitely pull it out and wait for a more positive trend.
