I have both at comdirect and finanzen.net Zero weeks ago got an info about it. There was a deadline mentioned and what happens if this expires without action...

It depends on whether the shares were delisted only on the L&S Exchange or generally because the company is insolvent. If it only concerns L&S: Transfer the securities account to a broker with other trading venues where the security is listed and sell it there. Otherwise, there would still be the option of leaving the shares or derecognizing them without value. Important: In case of a requested worthless derecognition, the losses do not go into the loss pot! If the shares are derecognized by the broker because the company is bankrupt, it goes into the loss pot.
