Yes, but basf is not only active in Germany. I am also employed by a chemical company and the forecast looks very good. 🤷♂️

@Mike1990 What does it have to do with whether BASF is not only productive in Germany? If the company reduces its liquidity because it doesn't want to scare off the last investors and builds up debt in the process, this has no effect on the operating business for the time being. The crux of BASF's operating business is the diversity in the value chain, because the company wants to cover too many markets and is therefore diluting its margins. Furthermore, massive discounts are given in order to gain market share. Ergo, BASF has ruined its business in a decade to such an extent that it is paying out of the substance.

@Hannes_SK Thank you very much for the good explanations. And I really mean that. I'm pleased that you explain it so well

@Mike1990 It's all good. My wording is always very serious, but I'm very kind. 😉@goldengerman No doom and gloom. Simply factually logical. It's normal for things to go up and down in the corporate cycle. However, BASF has maneuvered itself out of business through mismanagement because the management has not set the right direction. The company wants to be involved in every segment of the chemical industry and is therefore dancing at too many weddings.

@Hannes_SK I'm really happy when you argue it well and don't just say the share is crap. But I would be interested to know what you do for a living and at which company 🙈

@Mike1990 Only a select few with whom I have private contact know this and it will stay that way for the time being. 😁
