Earnings per share were $27.8, almost double the previous quarter. The IPO of Rivian, which brought in $11.8 billion in book profits for Amazon, played a big role in this. AWS revenue increased by 40% to $71 billion.
England () - The Bank of England carries out the next interest rate hike. The central bank in London thus raises the interest rate to 0.5%.
