at my disposal would like to $IEEM (+0,1 %) with 30% savings$IWDA (-0,04 %) IE00B4L5Y983 with 70%.

What kind of opinion do you want to hear? This is the absolute standard. Boring as hell, which is good. You'd probably outperform many here (including me) if you invested in the two stocks - and only the two stocks - for the next 30 years. But as I said, what do you want to hear?

You can do that. Are you aware that the $IEEM is distributing. The accumulator is the $IEMA.

Why not use All World $VWCE? Then you have the weighting automatically and do not have to worry about rebalancing.
