Well, hopefully someone will make some real money with AI one day...

At the moment, more is being invested than used and the user experience is rather mixed.

This could turn out to be really bitter if someone realizes that LLMs are perhaps a dead end and we enter the next AI winter.

@Epi I read today that every third answer is invented by an AI and does not correspond to the truth. When I hear about such investments and how the Moneycircle is sometimes created, it's like a bubble that could burst at some point because these investments and valuations are not justified.

@Epi But the problem is that companies, especially Microsoft, Amazon, Meta and Alphabet, simply cannot afford not to be part of such an "innovation". The risk of missing the upheaval is higher than the risk of throwing money down the drain! At least that's been the case so far...

@Danicx13 every 2nd question is also hypothetical or complete nonsense.
Not much is invented when it comes to fact-based topics.

@Epi Productivity gains through AI are real. In the last 3 months, I've easily saved several weeks' worth of working time by using AI and there's more to come. That's impressive and frightening at the same time.

In my opinion, this topic will completely change the labor market and the unprepared social systems in the coming years.

@Epi This may be a completely unqualified comment, but I read somewhere six months ago that, paradoxically, the only company that is using AI profitably is $ADBE, which is always considered to be the big loser. I'll have to see if I can find the source again, but I thought that was an interesting fact, if it's true.

So I'm impressed with AI agents, especially ChatGPT. Just for fun, I asked a few questions, for example about things to do. If you dock at a port with a cruise ship, "what can you do during a 10-hour stay in Lanzarote as an example? Within seconds a plan was created with links, such as car rental etc. It's free and getting better and better. You can't imagine what is already possible in research and logistics. Companies are not investing in the blue. AI isn't new either, it's just that there has been more momentum for some time now. Unfortunately, Europe is just an onlooker; the music is being played in the USA, China and EAV.
