Nakiki SE (formerly windeln.de) becomes the first German Bitcoin Treasury Company😂

NAKIKI SE $DE000WNDL3J3 has announced in an ad hoc announcement that it is realigning its entire business model to $BTC (-0,86 %) and to pursue a pure Bitcoin treasury strategy. In future, the company intends to exclusively acquire and hold Bitcoin without any plans to sell.

At the same time, new financial instruments are to be developed - just like $MSTR (+3,62 %)

Marc Guilliard from Bitcoin Hotel LLC has been engaged as head of the Bitcoin treasury strategy to implement this strategy.

NAKIKI SE, formerly windeln.de SE and active in the baby product mail order business since 2010, has recently specialized in litigation financing and is listed in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. With this step, it wants to be the first German listed company to establish a pure Bitcoin balance sheet management and follow the example of Strategy.

Meet the head of BTC Strategy,

Marc from the Bitcoin Hotel in Plochingen😂:

The only thing missing now is my kebab man around the corner with his Bitcoin treasury strategy.

All seen for today.

@Aktienorang-Utan forget Strategy and Metaplanet - All In Nakiki, what could possibly go wrong😂

@stefan_21 all clear. This is the way 😂

@stefan_21 Frei nach dem Motto: Shut up and take my money 💸

Phew, okay😅😂 So first insolvency proceedings with a squeeze-out of existing shareholders, then recently a capital reduction and now this... can only be good, I would say, definitely all in. I'd also like to borrow against or sell all my properties, max out my securities loans, take out personal loans up to the roof, max out my overdraft facility and off we go on a wild ride😂🤣 A one-off opportunity, I think ich🤷🏼‍♂️

A clear case of: All in.

@Charmin Come on Charmin, be bold - sell Nvidia and get in there!!! 😂😂

@stefan_21 I've already sold and bought. Tomorrow I'll be a multimillionaire.

The best business model when you no longer have one.

@Investor_in_Jogginghose right. But it could also be combined with a functioning business model and would even generate cash flow and thus completely new Möglichkeiten🤷‍♂️
Ok, go short.

However, the original message is already a week old😉

@All-in-or-nothing I've noticed it too - I only noticed it by chance because Marc shared it on X😂
I don't see him in a role like that at all. I can't even remotely imagine that this is going to work out😂

@stefan_21 I definitely don't see him there either😂

he is a successful hotelier and bitcoiner with a lot of experience. that should be a good fit
Imagen de perfil
@Hodlinvestor yes. But does he have the know-how to set up such financial products - especially with all the regulations and bureaucracy in Germany?
I somehow don't see Marc in this role at all. But I'm happy to be positively surprised

@stefan_21 I almost spit a coffee at the monitor when I saw the message. ☕️Polarisierender Guy in the Bitcoin influencer cosmos and the king of click-bait on YouTube. But I already follow him and Treasury on X. I'm curious and wish him luck. 🍀 (I suspect this is also the reason why he left El Salvador 🇸🇻)

@Ash absolutely. His clickbait titles always trigger me😂😂
Yeah full on, I wish him all the best too and hope it's a complete success (contrary to my expectations).
I just don't see Marc in the role. He's not like Michael Saylor or Dylan Leclair and - apart from the BTC Hotel - doesn't have that entrepreneurial experience.
However, I read earlier that a German council of experts is to be put together for the Bitcoin strategy...
I could well imagine that Alex von Frankenberg and maybe even Roman could be part of it.
If that were the case, I'd probably even throw a bit of money in for fun 😂

@stefan_21 and again two new names that I didn't know before (Dylan+Alex) and will google later. The treasury I'm currently betting on the most is 21 Capital. I hope they'll launch in the course of the year or by the end of the year at the latest. If everything goes according to plan, I would throw some of my play money (🤪) into it. In any case, exciting times with great opportunities and risks, and certainly one or two treasuries that will fall by the wayside or leave their investors looking foolish. 😅

@Ash Alex von Frankenberg is a startup/tech investor and has been a bitcoiner for several years. He wrote his dissertation on network effects and has given presentations on Bitcoin's network effects at various Bitcoin conferences.
He now also advises several German companies on the subject of Bitcoin :)
He has published his own book - "The honest money". I read it when I was in the USA and really liked it - so I can recommend it :D

Dylan is responsible for the BTC strategy at Metaplanet and is also a brilliant mind :)

@stefan_21 Ok, now you've saved me googling. 🙏 Merci!

First crypto bill failed, by the way. Just shared a CNBC article in the main feed.

@Ash I think a lot of the treasury companies will disappear as quickly as they came. I've taken a closer look at strategy and there are some risks involved that you have to manage very well. A few will probably establish themselves, but most of the others will probably disappear :)

@Ash I'll take a look right away, thank you :)

@Ash just had a funny conversation with a colleague about Nakiki SE and what can I say... we decided to invest in the shop😂 I'm in now and thanks to the spread at the small market cap I'm already down 7%😂😂😂

@stefan_21 Is this a pure gamble on your part or were there good arguments for doing this from the conversation? 😅
