Does anyone know why $TDOC (+4,97 %) has fallen so extremely in the last few years? Was there bad news or something similar?

What is Teladoc's business model? They offer a platform for video chats between doctors and patients. What is supposed to be innovative about that? Would like to know how telemedicine and virtual healthcare is supposed to generate solid revenues in the long term. I'm rather surprised that the stock is not even lower.

Well, I happen to be from the healthcare field and there was actually talk about it becoming a fixed system on the ambulance to support the non-medical staff. So it would be part of an important critical infrastructure, Germany-wide. In the meantime, it is already being tested and tried out in its own federal states. However, the opinion among experts is also very divided and it represents a major point of discussion. Apart from my private opinion that it is not a good system at least on the ambulance, the investment would be too hot for me. Look forward to further constructive reactions. :) Kind regards Robin

Virtual health services were only in great demand during the social distancing pandemic, when you couldn't go to the doctor. Now the crisis is over and demand is waning, I personally also prefer to go to my GP than have some guy check me out via video chat, apart from the fact that exams are extremely inaccurate online. Also, the company has been mismanaged wsl they are making twice as much loss as they are worth.
