**Gold Surpasses $2,700 for the First Time as Investors Seek Safe Haven**

Gold has recently hit an all-time high, surpassing $2,700 as investors flock to this precious metal amid ongoing global uncertainties. The surge reflects growing concerns about economic stability, pushing more people towards safer investment options.

I personally invest in $SGLD (+0,12 %) (Invesco Physical Gold ETC). As I see, many of you invest through $EWG2 (+0,49 %) but it’s not available in my broker.

Investing into gold science around 03/24. increased my position to 10% around mid 24 and intending to keep it this way as long as I am investing.

Invested in physical gold (bullion coins) and $WGLD (due to the lack of savings plan option for $EWG2 at my broker) and increasing my position up to 15%.

@PInvestor_El_Joker clear advantage of ETF/ETC in my opinion: it’s much easier to rebalance your allocation. Advantage of physical gold: it’s really your‘s and, in case needed, you can take it everywhere with you and change it to whatever😉. I started with physical gold and added an ETC now to make rebalancing of my portfolio a little easier.

70% Gold, around 15% Silver. Only physical.

Whats my opinion: I like that it isnt "visible" like my normal depot, but selling etc. might be a hassle. Changed to only bullion.... Because it is also a Backup. And then its easier if the weigth and Karat is stamped in.

For this year it was great.
