$IIPR (-2,19 %) Does anyone have any information on why it has suddenly gone up by almost 7 percent in the last 3 days? I can't find anything on the net or under releases on the company website. Also generally nothing about cannabis news in the US sector.

So the big drop was a problem with tenant(s) and the last few days affects all Reits / Immos. Interest rate cuts are probably a long time coming, which Reits find rather unpleasant.

Yes exactly, for all reits but why are the prices rising if reits find this unpleasant?
