Between 2018 and 2020, I had earned a large part of my current invested amount with cryptocurrency. Among other things, I bought GPUs on credit and mined Ethereum with them.
I had earned back the loan installments and electricity costs by a factor of around 5-10 through mining. Those were times that I really miss. Imagine you meet a Bonobo student who tells you he earns 2-3K/month passively by running such funny glowing graphics cards in his "children's room".
Thanks to the market situation at the time, I was able to sell some of the GPUs I bought at a profit when Ethereum switched to PoS.
At some point, I completely turned my back on cryptocurrencies because I personally didn't see any useful applications for them.
However, due to the Trump administration, I'm going to put my own beliefs (which obviously cost me returns) on the back burner a bit and start holding $BTC (and $NEXO for extra interest) in smaller amounts again.
Let's see what happens :)
With the additional purchase, my portfolio has now exceeded 100,000 for the first time
