I would be in favor of export tariffs to the USA - directly offset by import tariffs

@Irlandfan I would be in favor of all other countries lifting their tariffs on each other and only levying tariffs on goods from the USA. Something like 30 percent would probably be okay to start with.

But then the spook would be over so quickly.
