Interesting opportunity?

Today, in my informal series of interesting derivatives trades, I would like to introduce you to another opportunity for those who want a little risk, but not too much, and who also believe a little in $MTX (+0,67 %) believe. With the discount certificate MJ6E3M, which currently costs €1.53, you will receive €2.50 if $MTX (+0,67 %) is at least € 375 on 19.09.25. (i.e. a rise of around 2% by then) This corresponds to an opportunity of around 60% in just under 3 months.

If it is below €360 in September, the loss zone starts today.

I think this is a good risk/reward ratio.

What do you think about going into $ASML with a lever?
From my gut feeling, just because of their immense moat with pricing power regarding their latest machine, it can only go up in the next few weeks.

@BockaufDividenden 😂😉 I bought a real burn license for beginners with HS4K4P at €0.07 today! It's so out of the money and only has 6 months to run. If the share rises to €876 (23%) by the end of August, the certificate will make around 350%

@BockaufDividenden sounds reasonable 👍🏻

@Multibagger I'll have to take a look at that, sounds good!
@Multibagger our explanatory bear. What do you mean by "he's so out of money"?

@Tigawutz the strike price is quite far from the current price. Sorry for the jargon sometimes, but you can ask.

@Multibagger can you perhaps explain the advantages/disadvantages for a beginner ?! google and chatgpt make me wonder why the bill should be interesting. "has little or no time value and a low probability of ending up "in the money" by the expiration date. "

@Tigawutz That's exactly how it is. It only reacts disproportionately well if the share price rises sharply in the next 3-4 months, because the high premium is not yet reduced because there is still enough remaining term. It doesn't have to reach the strike price either, the share only has to rise by 15-20%, then the bond explodes because it has a lot of leverage. But Chat GPT is right, it can go wrong

I still have an interesting bill on the DAX:

WKN PJ1661 (BNP Paribas)
- Barriers: 22 200 - 29 000 points
- Valuation date: October 17, 2025
- Current price: approx. € 5.29
- Max. Yield: approx. 93 % (p. a. 418 %)
Maximum redemption: € 10.00

@financial_genius_yvsxy in my opinion it is too expensive, as it is much closer to the lower KO threshold. At this price, the DAX should be at approx. 25000 for the remaining term. Or the bond at max. 4€

Thanks for your assessment. I'll just let the bill run its course.

@financial_genius_yvsxy Have you already bought it? In my experience, Deutsche Bank as the issuer offers the fairest prices for inliners on indices.

Yes, I already have
