Stock exchange share purchase

Hello everyone.

I would now like to build up a small position in $NOVO B (+2,99 %) and am currently hesitating about the trading platform. The unpleasant FX fees on foreign exchanges are starting to get on my nerves. In the long term, does it really make any difference whether I buy on Xetra or the NYSE?

@Investor987 Your statement is correct, via Trading212 I am offered Xetra and NYSE, if you look at the ISIN no. only Xetra is the share.

Well, not really.
On the NYSE you trade in dollars. If the dollar rises, you make a profit; if it falls, you make a loss.
Not much can happen to you on Xetra, as the Danish krone is closely linked to the €.
On the NYSE, you have virtually no spread, but if you don't see it as an additional long on the dollar: Xetra!!!
