@GoDividend is pulled down more on the ex day maybe that's what he means 😀 although you hardly notice it with realty anyway

The stock is attractive enough as it is.

Marginal and expected amount. Doesn’t move the needle but earnings might. They are undervalued at today’s price compared to other reit peers so I see an opportunity for growth.
