Started during the crash -> switch to dividend investing

I've just started out investing in February and soon after the market started to crash. I was planning to consistently buy $VWRL, but since I guessed that the index would take some time to recover, I've switched to (at least for now) invest in REITS. So far I've selected two REITS ($VICI, $O) (-0,61 %) .

buy VWRL or FWIA now that they are low, build up shares and see it make you profit in the future. Time in the market is more important than timing the market. I can also recommend the book "The psychology of money". Happy investing

Well this is for the long term and there will be always bearish market trends, but from the other side it's an opportunity. For the mid and long term it's a good moment to open positions and fully agree the dividend strategy is always good and it's a quite a different approach, but very valid of course. I'm also building a portfolio which is orientated to passive income. My first goal of 500 €/month has been met this year and I'm already working to meet the 1000 €/month in dividends with a portfolio which is solid on dividends, but I'll also look for opportunities in growth stocks.
And we learn along the whole path.

@QUANTIJS diversification, but also you will find very small positions which are very speculative. There is a lot of variation there.
There are several portfolios even, so there are some portfolios which are purely for crypto, but the main one is Trade Republic
