@Recall This has happened to me several times, even in a savings bank custody account with Thungela - you wouldn't think so...., but the house bank doesn't necessarily have any influence on that either.
Same for me. I am with TR. I have 2 documents in my mailbox. One is a credit note and the other is a cancellation. Nothing has been credited to me yet. 😴
Hm, I already had this with another broker, but it was a faulty calculation. It could also be that they had a technical error, but they will soon announce what the error was.
have a look at 13.5 to see if the dividend isn't there too ... I already had it back then at TR. I think today was probably an oversight and therefore canceled again.
@Dividenden-Sammler should have been, but wasn't. Booking date 13.05. According to the document. But no credit to cash. Cancellation and credit note from today. And of course again no reaction from TR
@Trecki09 It works for me - well, until today I just received another credit note and the cancellation afterwards. All in all, it works for me. It's funny that things are so different for TR.
I had the same problem and have just looked at my bank statement from last month. I was paid the dividend last month. Have a look at your bank statement to see if you have last month's dividend.
